When should I start shopping? Most brides prefer to order their dress 8-12 months prior to ensure the delivery of the dress arrives on time, allowing time for the seamstress. However, if your wedding is sooner Ever After has options such as our Take Home collection or rush delivery!
-
Do you take walk-ins?No we do not take walk-ins. Please book an appointment for bridal, pick up or an accessory appointment.
-
Why are you by appointment only? When designing the boutique we wanted to create an intimate and unforgettable experience. Each bride will receive a private reserved bridal suite for you and your entourage ensuring you feel comfortable and special while having fun! Your dedicated stylist will help you browse our extensive collections, answer any questions, celebrate you and ensure you have that perfect YES moment.
-
Do you have Plus Size?YES! We are so excited to be carrying OVER 80 Plus Size gowns in the store - the MOST in the area. These dresses are different colors, silhouettes and sizes (starting at size 18).
-
How can I prepare for the appointment? The best thing to wear is nude underwear with a strapless bra even though many dresses you may want to try on without the bra. Bring a pair of shoes that will match the height that you will wear the day of your wedding incase we order your dress in a customized length. Bring a hair tie, it will be easier for the consultant to put on the dress and to get your measurements. It will also be a better way to look at each neckline of the dresses. Please wear minimal make up and no recent spray tans. We want to keep the dresses as clean as possible. If you find dresses that catch your eye please bring them to your appointment or send them to us prior. It is important for the bridal consultants to have an idea of what your vision is so she can help in finding dresses that you love!
-
Who many people should I bring to the appointment? This decision is up to you but we recommend having an intimate setting with no more than four guests, too many opinions could become overwhelming. If you wish to bring more then 4 guests, please call us to book an upgraded appointment or a private Sunday appointment! Your guests should be loved ones in which you respect their opinion during this important decision! Don't forget this day is about you!
-
How long do appointments take? Most bridal appointments take around 1 1/2 hour. However, Ever After wants to make sure that each bride has enough time during their appointments. If you believe that your appointment will take more than 90 minutes please let Ever After know when scheduling the appointment. Importance of Time: Brides that are on time are wonderful! However we understand if you are running late, please let Ever After know if you are running 15 minutes behind. Please understand that some slatted appointments may go over so we will be with the next appointment as soon as possible!
-
Why do Bridal Salons ask about budget? The reason we ask for a budget from the bride is to make sure that the dresses you try on do not exceed that limit. We want you to fall in love with a dress that falls in your price range. You are more than welcome to try on any dress but a consultant will not pick out of your range. When you allow your bridal consultant to know your budget, you give them the ability to show you gowns that match your vision in both style and budget. Our dresses range from $1200 - $4000 with an average around $2000.
-
Do you carry every dress from each designer?Ever After does not carry every style that a designer has, so please call ahead to verify that the gown you love is available at Ever After. We try to choose a variety of styles, colors and sizes to provide the best selection for all brides that walk in. If you are sold on a dress that one of our designers carry please let Ever After know and we can ask to loan the dress in for your appointment!
-
What if I'm planning on losing weight? While we understand that every bride wants to look their absolute best on their wedding day we recommend you order your dress in your current size and have the alterations done once it has arrived. It is easier to take in a dress than to attempt to take out the dress.
-
How much money should I plan to bring with me to order?Once you have chosen your special dress, Ever After will take measurements to find your size. In order for Ever After to order your gown, we need a 75% down payment with the rest of the total due when the gown is ready to be picked up. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

-

-
What is my sizing like?Bridal sizes are different from street sizing and each designer has a different size chart. A good rule of thumb with our specific designers is that you are two sizes above your street clothes. I.E. - If you wear a size 10, you will be around a size 14 in our bridal sizes.
-
What is your return policy?Once a bridal dress or accessory is ordered - there are no returns or refunds. We have a detailed contract that each bride signs once they put their deposit down. Dresses are made to order by the designer therefore we are not able to take back anything,.
